Meet the Head Coach:

Zach Hall learned to ski at age 11 when his family moved from Las Vegas, NV to Nikiski, AK.  He competed on the high school circuit and Junior National teams and went on to race for Dartmouth College.  After graduating with a degree in psychology he moved to the Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, NY to join the U.S. Biathlon National Team.  Zach’s biathlon career spanned four years and during that time he won the overall NorAm Cup once, raced internationally on the IBU & World Cup circuits, and was an alternate for the 2010 Olympic Team and 2011 World Championships Team. In 2011 Zach returned home to Alaska and has enjoyed coaching athletes at the world class biathlon facility in Kincaid Park and working with NANANordic to expose young people in bush villages to Nordic skiing and biathlon.
